When I first started looking for a company to work with, I messaged several different photographers and Carmen was the only person I felt at ease collaborating with. Not only did she reply very quickly, her responses were positive & supportive. I was honestly what one would call a complex client as I was unsure of what I really wanted but that is why Carmen is so great! She helped me execute my vision given my directions were quite vague. When time came for the shoot, Carmen led me throughout the session making it effortless! After an hour session we were able to get many shots AND an outfit change in all the while I was sluggish barely being able to move around much at 38 weeks pregnant! The shoot was a success and after a week Carmen and Ryan emailed me the results. I was very happy with the outcome but requested a couple edits and sure enough they made it happen! I was going through my first pregnancy and I was overwhelmed with all the stress and insecurities that come with pregnancy, however Reaction Photography captured my maternity shots seamlessly! I had found Carmen on Yelp (I'm a big Yelper who listens to reviews) and when I spoke with her on the phone I knew I had found the right person. We were a group of 29 family members, ranging in age from 3 -85 years old . We had 3 sets of families and we needed numerous pictures taken at Gallagher Park. Carmen arrived on time and ready to go. She was professional and truly got every photo we needed. She was calm and helpful and knew exactly what to do. Due to my concern about the weather Carmen was flexible throughout, and was happy to continue taking photos at an inside venue if needed (thankfully the weather was fine and we were able to take all the photos outside). If you are looking for an excellent, creative, professional photographer for any event no need to look further! Carmen is simply the BEST!

When I called to schedule a session my options were clearly explained to me and the process was made easy to understand. My son is not a fan of having his picture taken, so I was worried about how the photos would look. Jaime worked so well with him that you would never have known he generally isn't cooperative for pictures. In fact, he actually enjoyed the session. His photos turned out great. I was hoping to have a couple good pictures to choose from, but they all turned out so well, I couldn't decide which were my favorites (this is a good problem to have!).
