After one gets through the initial security, using the information booths to the electronic 'dockets' outside of the courtrooms to find get around isn't difficult. From the courtrooms, passport services to the jury selection waiting areas it's pretty standard. The parking garage and side streets provide decent parking and it's free. The website's easy to navigate. The bathrooms seem very clean as does the waiting areas outside of the courtrooms. Sitting in a courtroom felt like a surreal version of the TV shows '48 Hours' and 'Night Court' without the comedy or laugh tracks (is that even possible?). Walmart is next door to the lot, so you can walk and get groceries and they return the cart for you. The biggest downside is that it's directly across the street from an airport. So, you can expect to hear fighter jets and helicopters that can get pretty loud throughout the day. It didn't bother me too much personally.

Able to walk to the Walmart for items, return with your cart that you leave at the edge of site and is collected. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly--when I had an issue with my reservation missing my Hilton number one of the team members helped me quickly and professionally. Breakfast in the morning was freshly made and tasty--just what we needed before heading out. Overall, excellent service across the board and a very comfortable stay. There are so many restaurants and stores about 2 miles. The biggest plus for me that i believe all hotels should have is the outdoor shower in pool area, extremely important! There is aldo a large bathroom building in pool area.
