But we don't have under-cover "patent" shopper to grade the medical field what. No one to double check the attitude of medical staff. My fiance went to this facility and I was not impressed with the care he was given. Then when we went to get his prescription that the doctor stated he placed over the internet it was not there. We drove clear from Elwood to Noblesville to get it. When I called to inquire why it was not there the nurse informed me she did not see where it had been sent. She did see where it was in the chart but nothing. She did however then call it into our local CVS. I am studying to be a medical assistant and in what I have learned this is not the way an office is run. read more

this place had the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. the receptionists were so rude to me that I left without treatment. To give a little background, I am from out of town and up here on business. This was the only place I could find online to go besides the hospital. I walked in after reading the sign posting saying they were not accepting any more walk-in's for the day to ask if they could let me know another place to go in the area since they were closed and right as I walked in the door the receptionist looks at the other and very loudly states, "are you serious??" Being sick and staying a hotel, I was just looking for some help and clearly was not going to receive it here. I'm glad this is how nurses in a facility that is supposed to help people feel it is appropriate to treat those who are sick. read more

After receiving a head injury I went here to get treatment and was turned away and I have full medical coverage. This was the second time I went here. The first time I was ill and I waited over four hours before someone treated me. They then prescribed me medication that wasn't even effective. I would stay away from these supposed health care 'professionals'. read more
