Dealing with the polite call centre staff from the comfort of my sofa is a 100% more pleasurable experience than trying to trying to communicate with a mechanic whilst sitting in a cold and noisy waiting area.

As this had a new MOT we assumed that the vehicle was in a roadworthy condition. As it transpires the vehicle had a serious steering defect. A second MOT carried out 2 weeks after purchase by a well respected MOT centre informed me that there was a serious defect on this vehicle and this vehicle was not safe to drive. Buyer Beware !!!!!!
