Little did I know that the sign language interpreter was interpreting a "bilingue" (or bilingual) mass! Pretty neat, and there's a pretty good (but small) number of deaf people present for the mass. The interpreted mass starts at 11:30. To let you know, this church offers an english mass at 8 am, 3 spanish masses, and a bilingual mass (the one I went to). And also, this mass operates in a very latin american way. When it is time for a communion, everyone gets up practically at the same time as there is no usher or a person to let you know that it's your aisle's turn to get up and get the communion. However, the communion is still done in an organized way as the people from the aisle behind you would still wait for the people from the aisle in front to go. Talk about common sense running the show, instead of enforced rules. The outer walls were nearly completely covered by colored stained glass. That was neat. Plenty of parking was available.

I was feeling somewhat overwhelmed and just needed for a priest from a Catholic Church to confess me. I didn't even call I showed up at St. Raymond's Catholic Church where I asked for a priest to confess me and the person at the front desk said that he was on the phone, but that he will see me right away for a confession, which he did. That shows how caring and considerate where it counts, the Church and its staff are. What bothers me about these misguided and erroneous reviews about this Church are that they are based on whatever happened at the reception from folks that visited once and wrote about there experience at the reception and not about the Church itself, which is really what people want to know about. If one is too inebriated to realize they've had to much to drink, they should thank the bartender (whom has no bearing on the Church) that appeared rude instead of giving the actual Church a bad rating. Or some folks that want to save money by telling the Church they want to bring their own wedding planners, music equipment, and even their own priests, and then get mad when the church refuses to lend them their equipment which can be broken or stolen by folks that the Church does not know or have dealings with. This is like going to a restaurant and telling them you're bringing your own Chef, server, maitre d', utensils, plates and even the violinist to play at the tables. Then of course, you leave a mess and expect the restaurant to clean it up at their expense. Sorry, but you need to be fair when rating!

The worker who accused me discussed nasty topics without confirming if I'm 18+ or not and without my parent's permission, and I was separated from my parent WITHOUT their permission (it's not only creepy but also illegal). And even worse, the person who falsly accused me of being a shooter is the elder woman in charge of the church. That doesn't sound like a professional way to act when your in a position like that, you are supposed to have common sence and think before you act. She deserves to be fined or jailed for the offence. I am going to make this clear, I will not tolerate being falsly accused of being a shooter or any other sick and twisted lies that you come up with Believe me, Do Not come to this church. This might be the worst school in the archdiocese. They preach about God and his values, but they can't even set a proper example. The teachers are childish and don't know how to teach children properly; they often act out and lose their temper when a child needs help. It seems like most of the teachers enjoy seeing kids struggle and get in trouble. They give unreasonable punishments, and spending time at this school actually strengthened my relationship with God and my goal of getting into Heaven, because I experienced hell on earth. They also threaten to kick you out if you don't/can't show up to school events. Do not send your child here if you actually care about their well-being.

During that time, Father Jesus and the St. Kieran team make sure we felt at home every time we went to mass or to our meetings. After rescheduling our wedding many times because of COVID, we decided we wanted Father Jesus to be the one who officiates our ceremony (we were going to get married on Medellin), and again the team was really responsive even with the 3 weeks notice we give to them. Our wedding was beautiful and Father Jesus gave a great ceremony. We're really happy with St. Kieran!

Today my mom, daughter and I went for Palm Sunday to this church and we had a wonderful time. So peaceful and touching. The priest was straight to the point and I felt good praying not just for me and my family but also for the world. As soon as we got in the, the usher gave us Palms so we can take home. At the end of the two hours long Orthodox mass we went outside to the blessing of the Palms. Beautiful place and such a nice community. I felt at home. Thank you, Shukran!! St. George es una Iglesia Ortodoxa ubicada en el corazón de Coral Gables. Hermosa, organizada, con un buen aire acondicionado, bancos cómodos, aroma perfecto y gente muy agradable. Hoy mi mama, mi hija y yo fuimos para el Domingo de Ramos a esta Iglesia y lo pasamos de maravilla. Fue muy conmovedor. El sacerdote fue directo al punto y me sentí bien rezando no sólo por mí y mi familia sino también para el mundo. Tan pronto como llegamos a la Iglesia, nos dieron Palmas para llevarnos a la casa. So I did more research & under Wikipedia the REAL CHRIST FELLOWSHIP popped up which is located in Palm Beach & they were founded by husband & wife, which began in their living room in the 1980's. Why am I mentioning this you may ask, the reason being because to me it seems that this Pastor Rick is trying to take credit where credit is not due, he has copied the REAL CHRIST FELLOWSHIP down to a tee & to me it all seems like a big lie.
