We met with him to go over the events of the party and instantly you can tell his passion for what he does. We got the listing of music we wanted to hear for the party to him and within 48 hours he had it all downloaded and a sample file sent to us to review. If we needed to make any changes to the music list he was so quick to change it and send us a new file. He further impressed us with his professionalism when we asked him to do a mix for a Mom/Daughter dance we wanted to do and he put the songs we requested together and when we needed a few parts of the mix tweaked the final copy was perfect. During the party Tony kept the music playing and made all the announcements for the evening we requested, and when it came time for our special dance he even provided the lighting we needed to make the dance perfect. Planning had to be started from scratch with new coordinator. Day of wedding: items I was told would be set up were not and I (the bride) had to set them up. I did not see the event coordinator the day of my wedding until I was just about to walk down the aisle and did not see her the rest of the night. My cousin was not served by the bartender because the bartender thought her ID was fake even though they did not have a black light to prove it wasn't. I was told that if I had over 250 people (which I did) that the second bar would be open- it was NOT OPEN until my dad went and complained. One table was not served food until another table pointed it out. Cake was sliced so thin we went home with the bottom two tiers of a four tier cake! Service staff was hired in as a third party and was unaware of venue policies- family style meals means if the table asks for more food more should be brought out and a table was denied more food. Additionally, the service staff wore black jeans and their own black shirts- I know this seems silly but for a classy event and for the kind of money we paid I would have expected their standards to be higher. It is a beautiful venue itself but there are A LOT of areas for improvement with communication between staff and the customer.

She was such a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful for the advice she shared with us as well as the patience she had for us in our indecisiveness and seeming inability to meet deadlines. She was always happy to give feedback on and accommodate my goofier song ideas where I was able to fit them in. She is a true professional and we were really at ease knowing that she had everything handled alongside our day-of coordinator with regard to keeping the event on schedule, announcing us at the right time, corralling guests and pulling them aside when they needed to be gathered for photos, etc. The evening went without any issues whatsoever - even with a rain shower that almost threw our schedule off - and all the minute-by-minute items on our day-of schedule were nailed to a tee. She had a huge hand in the fact that we were able to actually be present and enjoy our own wedding day as opposed to running around like maniacs checking things off of a to-do list or wondering where we were supposed to be at any given time. She does a really great job with song selection too and played all the music I gave her as well as some of her own picks which was really helpful in the situations that I struggled to come up with ideas of my own. She is very thorough (but not tediously so) in the way she tries to get to know your music tastes and we never for a minute worried about what song was going to be playing next. She has a great talent for reading the room and playing the right tracks at the right time. As I told her after our wedding was wrapped up, if I had to go back and plan everything over again I would have picked her again ten times out of ten. Do yourself a favor and book her if she is available for your event!
