They rob you for 50 to say your car will be upfront and no one will drive it .....meanwhile the valet/bell boy Rick has no clue how to drive exotics and swears he does after being told not to move or drive the car , he gets in drives it a few feet scrapes the whole side of the car including rim . They totally deny everything . They are so crooked that not the hotel where the blue ribbon sushi is located . Only when the Police arrived did they give company name etc . They were strong arming me to leave . Had me talking to a rude woman who stated she was manager than rudely hung up . Than spoke a Raphael who was worse than the female poor excuse of a manager . The concert attracted over 200,000 people to an area where parking on an average day can be challenging. All of the streets near the beach were already blocked off so the beach garages were cut off and all of the streets around the residential area require a residents pass to park. I was about to give up when I remembered that I sometimes have luck near Collins Park when there is an event in town. There was plenty of parking in the Collins Garage and it was only $2 an hour. There is space for 516 vehicles, retail space, EV chargers, and bike parking. It is conveniently located next the Bass Museum and Collins Park and across from the street from the beach. A unique feature of this garage is the art work on the outside. The garage features a crossword puzzle design on its perforated metal facade that was created by architect Allan Shulman. The 28 selected words are backlit at night and relate to the area's culture, environment, and history. In 2022 it won the award of excellence by the Florida Parking & Transportation Association Board of Directors. From the garage I was easily able to easily pick up the Miami Beach Broadwalk across the street that took me straight to Lummus Park. It was a mile and half hike each way but walking was still better than sitting in standstill traffic. I got back well after midnight and felt perfectly safe here with the staff keeping watch over everything. I had a lovely chat with Pierre on my way out. Note that they do not accept cash. You can pay for your ticket at a kiosk to make exiting quicker if there is a crowd or at the gate on your way out to the street.

It cost just $16 for 24 hours, which was the lowest anywhere in the vicinity. For the area, it's right one on of the main strips and only a couple of blocks from the ocean. My only advice is to be careful about where you park here. At least one level, the 4th, is restricted to employees only. You will get towed if you don't follow the little red signs! Luckily I was actually parked on the 2nd floor, as the level signs are confusing/worn. (I was parked near stairway 4, not level 4!) I recommend remembering the parking spot you chose by looking at the floor, as the numbers are painted. Pay is automatic, either with a card or cash, so you can in and out in a flash.
