I encountered teachers who cared for my academics as much as they cared for my well being. I was granted the opportunity of 100% paid College Tuition through the Cambridge Program. And I was granted the option of receiving my AA before graduating HighSchool by means of Dual enrollment. Many of my friends share the same experience. Teachers like Nehme, Cabrisas, Cainas, Mogo, Paula, Espinosa, Palacios, Osborne (& ofc Ms. Lima LOL) made this possible. Cons: Yes, it was difficult to get a hold of Counselors at times. Yes, it was difficult to get help from the Office when it was busy. But in the end, there was always someone willing to help. If you care about your future, choose HGHS. And never forget that you must do everything you can TODAY, to put you where you want to be TOMORROW.

Little Canes is essentially a weekly music class that's offered for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. I've been attending for about a month every Saturday with my baby and husband. Classes are 30-40 minutes long and move so fast! They execute a curriculum that is appropriate for the ages of the children, incorporating lots of noise makers, songs, and dances along the way. The teachers are all so sweet and energetic which makes it great fun. I'm glad I opted to do this class over some other baby and me ones offered around the city. I can definitely tell my baby enjoys it and of course, love returning to campus and showing her around!

The classroom itself has been remodeled and fitted with brand new workstations and lab stations. The hands-on experience with switches and routers can't be replicated by online learning or reading. The only thing that really disappoints me, is the "job placement" pretty much went out the window after graduation. I can't fault them too much for that, though, because of COVID. It would have been nice to generate an interview or two out of it, though. I would definitely recommend this school to someone who's just looking to learn a trade and doesn't know about a 4-year school, although, some credits would transfer to Broward schools if desired after graduation.
