We did a multi generational shoot this past Saturday and the patience Chao exhibited was that of a saint. His energy levels put a toddler's to shame and he will not give up until he has found a way to capture the image he is seeking perfectly. We were a tough group- a grandma with a tin meniscus and broken elbow, a grandpa with mild cognitive impairment, a surly teen who did not want to be at a studio, and a crazy toddler who didn't want to sit still. Plus my husband and me ( who pestered him incessantly about wanting to not look so fat lol) . Chao still managed to get 98 spectacular shots that I had emailed to me by 7 pm the following day. Unreal. Sometimes I think there is a ridiculous misconception that this is an "Asian" wedding studio. Sure, the owners are Taiwanese BUT perfect English is spoken AND they have shot events at every amazing venue for every ethnicity all over the tri state area- check out the stunning photos on their website! Gorgeous. And I won't even begin to tell you how reasonable the pricing is. It has to be heard to be believed. We've used other studios in the past who have charged three times as much for a fraction of the photos. And the photographers have not been anywhere near as accommodating. I'd give them TEN stars if I could!

This man is the absolute BEST. He made us all feel so comfortable and also had us laughing nonstop. Chao is a true professional and it's easy to see how much he cares for his clients. There wasn't a single moment that was missed. He helped us to create so many great memories. I could write a novel about him because he made picture taking the least stressful experience my wife and I could've asked for. I know it's not Pirates problem because it never is.. maybe I will show up with a hazmat suit next time I book. for now, you are never getting my business again. I thought the catch for these cheap studios was no engineer / equipment, not filth and insects. But since we all have pirate studios money they know no one is filing a suit anyway, so why bother right? Pathetic. Greatly disappointed.
