Upon entering the lobby/patient check in, I was greeted and assisted promptly with check in. While holding the door at the entrance for a lady usibg a walker, I was called back by the nurse. She asked me my name and date of birth. She escorted me to the room and asked me a few questions while taking my blood pressure and checked my o2 level. She asked if I had any questions for her and as she walked out of the room, she said Dr. Echiverri would be in shortly. Upon entering the room, he introdiced himself and shook my hand. He asked me to explain why I was seeing him that day in my own words from beginng to end. I told him what my primary thinks it is. He wrote a few things down, explaining what each one was. He asked how quick my insurance was since he needed to order some special tests (eeg, ct and mri), to which I responded rather great. He reviewed my previous mri and explained some things to me while explaining what he is looking for with these new tests. He asked me to give him two days after all the testing was complete. Dr. Echiverri's nurse called me Thursday morning to tell me that Dr. Echiverri reviewed my tests and all looks normal and to keep an eye on my blood pressure and a few other things. My first visit with St. Vincent's Neurologist Dr. Echiverri was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, explained everything to me, was patient with all my questions, has a great attitude and is friendly and approachable.

My orthopedist referred me to Neuro for surgery due to several pinched nerves in my neck and spine…read more Neuro didn't call me for a surgical consult until several months later. I had to contact an out of network Neuro surgeon to help me. Unacceptable!

I ended up at this hospital in the ER when I broke my leg. It has turned into a seven month ordeal…read moreand a nightmare because the doctor that did it had zero follow through no aftercare and forced me to go to Seattle in Salt Lake City for follow up treatment. I am now happy to have another surgery to correct what they screwed up in December at my expense. Do not go to this hospital ever they are crooks and cons and frauds.

I would highly recommend Dr. Fredrickson. He and his staff were wonderful to work with.read more
