However, when my boyfriend closed on a house (they were also the sellers agent) the old owners were still packing up there things after closing! When we arrived to move his stuff in, the house was still full of the seller items, even a fridge full of food. Also, the house had not been cleaned AT ALL, like cat food in the bathroom and dog hair filling the kitchen! It was a really unfortunate situation for someone moving into their first home.
