Last conversation I had with him I told him he had a week to refund her money since he is obviously not going to do the job. So I filed a complaint with BBB and lawyers will be involved. This is disgusting as how a human being can scam a 77 year old handicap lady on disability is beyond me! She just wants he money back!

It has been three more weeks and I have never heard back from Zimmermans at all. I guess this is their way of saying they don't want to do the work. I am glad this wasn't something that was time sensitive, either way I will avoid calling them since they are too busy. I think it is ok to tell a potential customer you don't currently have time to do a driveway.
