I was hit in a store parking lot and mike hostilo was my lawyer i frist felt like i was not being tooking serious because my legal team got paper work wrong they didnt gather info and submit it proply then the Chiro doctor sending me to diff doc for there reason. So months later my legal team told me they denied my case and they sent it to another lawyer then mr colloway didnt even call us to say i cant take case we called him and found out .the last thing i was exspecting was 1 my legal team to fail me and 2 i was told by my legal team that they was going to fight but i seen no fight just legal talk now a mother of 3 who was following both lawyer and chiro instructions about med treatment now im stuck with all the cost and im not at fault read more

I'm very disappointed with the services from this new attorney! Wade Hunter was my attorney he answered and returned all my calls! I hate this law firm! I broke my ankle and there trying to take all I have not just that! I was told I'd be responsible for all my medical bills now they are telling me they have to pay it out the check which is 13,000 and my check is only 25,000 mind you and they also have to take out there's! Not just that my birthday is this FridayI've already made plans to go out of town and still haven't receive my check that they have just sitting in their office! If I can sue them for false information I definitely would! I don't recommend this law firm to anyone they just want their money they don't give a damn about their clients I still can't even walk yet! One call that's all..... That is what I got. Called and got what sounded like a paralegal answering phone at home watching Matlock.explained my case and told them I want to teach company a lesson. I sure as heck don't want money! Isn't that what you want? Justice not money? That set her off what do you mean she said. I said I want company to pay thier bills just like I have to pay bills I owe or I get harassed by thier bill collectors. She said she'll explain it to lawyers and they'll be calling me back. I know the 50,000 in bills only nets them about 5000.00 so that wasn't enough for them. Also lawyers are in a circle of trust with each other so the fight is not with thier other buddy lawyers. The fight is for the most cash. Most Disgusting excuse for a profession with a master's degree attached to it. Tight lipped underhanded profession that charges 275 an hour to read emails,answer phone, and any word that comes out if thier mouth. Most people don't even think to criticize a lawyer on yelp because for the most part you just go to get your crummy settlement. NIGHTMARE! ! RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! ! I hired Michael Holisto back in 2013 and by the way I've never seen him or met him, or even talked to him. His office and staff been slow on the case ? I always get the run around, and at one point wasn't even working on it and I was in the process of getting ready to sue Michael Hostilo but we decided it was in our best interest to go ahead and settle with him because I could have been paying a different attorney a whole lot more money so I would have ended up losing pretty much everything that I was being offered. And in the Settlement conference they tried to play me on $25,000 settlement . first I was offered $6,100, I refuse it of course and then they came back and then offered me $7,600, and then I had to get an attorney and my husband involved and then they raise up to 10,000, and still I haven't received the check because it hasn't settled because they haven't done their due diligence to put the paperwork through to the courts in this is ridiculous and I advise anyone if you're looking for an attorney do not choose him or else it's LITERALLY going to be a NIGHTMARE!!!. And if I had the option to give 0 stars I would have for this rating. read more
