I took my 93 year ago dad for his appt. I thought the appt…read morewas at 1045 and as we arrived I got a call to reschedule. They said the appt was 1030 and I explain that I was getting out of car. They refused to take him which I feel was out of line. They told me the window was 15 minutes and I said great we made it only for them to change it to 10 minutes. How do you turn away a 93 year ago man standing in your doorway. Did I mention it wa 5 degrees out that day. The staff was rude and I would never recommend this dr office.

So I was looking for a podiatrist and made an appointment. They told me to call back with my…read moreinsurance number, so I did. I told them I didn't have my card but here is my number. They told me I needed to bring the card I said call my insurance. The receptionist was very rude to me and said then I should call my pcp for copy. I said just call my insurance, she tells me I can't come now. So I was so furious I told them to cancel my appointment. Nice customer service. Thanks
