My daughter had broken her glasses right after we moved here, and we stopped in about an appointment. Our "one year" between glasses was bout six months out and mailing the glasses to our old office to be sent off for repair and then mailed back to us was not an option. However, they were able to switch her lenses into an older pair of the same frame and refit them to our daughter to suffice until the new year. We went back this week for our exam and had another great experience. Dr Patty was very patient and thorough with our daughter; and in turn, our daughter was comfortable and at ease during her exam. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish!
