This business charged my elderly mother 163 dollars for 8 days of insurance coverage. When I ask the agent Ryan informed me that corporate sets refund rate yet when I spoke to corporate they said the agent did. Be warned this agent tried to tell my mother that 163 was correct and when I became involved he proceeded to inform me that he was working on it but corporate set rates, like I'm an elderly woman.
