Against the standard normal in Oklahoma, Dr Kaleem does not treat you like a number or treat you per the book and instead visits listens and learns before deciding how to best assist his patients. I have fired Chelsea Thomas, Matt Armstrong, Scott Cole, and Charles Taylor for all lying and not truly knowing what they are doing much less what they claim to know. None of these four poor excuses for oncologists deserve to be in oncology! However Dr Kaleem is the one and only that I trust in the entire state of Oklahoma when I have searched everywhere for more than 2 years and did not even know Dr Kaleem was right here in Tulsa OK thankfully. I was absolutely devastated by the marriage break up because my life was not what I thought it was. My husband had cheated and lied and gambled away money. He had had a daughter with another woman while we were married for most of the marriage. LIke I said, I was devastated. This Dr. Cohn was so incompetent in doing her job for me. I needed empathy, guidance, validation, insight, etc. to help me weather the worst thing that had ever happened to me. She was none of those things. She was dismissive, flippant, and superior acting as she told me "I would get over it" and "I was going to be just fine". She spent one part of a session talking about her daughter, bragging about how her daughter was so flexible and happy go lucky. And in hearing that, I was truly led to believe that I, too, could just roll with the punches and find delight in life as her wonderful daughter had done in a bad situation. (her daughter had lost her luggage when she arrived at a vacation destination). This is what I remember about seeing this doctor six years later. In retrospect, as I have healed and moved on with my life, I see that her services were sub-par, and nothing of what a good therapist should do for her client. Do not go to this woman. You will be disappointed.

I live about 45 miles from Tulsa and wasn't looking for someone so far away but after that first visit and the expert treatment done on my neck, I was hooked. I no longer have headache, my range of movement is great and he took time to explain everything in great detail. l felt like he genuinely cared about easing my pain. During one visit he asked how I was doing and I told him that my neck was doing great but I was having trouble lifting a gallon of milk with my left arm. It hurt around my elbow and forearm so much that I had to use both arms to get the milk back in the refrigerator. He immediately started work on my arm, which surprised me because I thought it was an age related thing. After two treatments on my arm I can now lift a gallon of milk using just the one arm with no pain at all. I also want to say what a great office assistant he has in Brennan. Before I saw Dr. Griswold she sat down with me and made me feel at ease. She never fails to ask about my kids or grandkids and always has a smile on her face. A very special lady! With so many businesses severely lacking in customer service, it's nice to see someone who takes the time and effort to speak pleasantly with the patients. Two thumbs up! They expanded the business to surrounding Tulsa communities, like Jenks and Owasso, to reach their patient base. I've always felt I got the best adjustments from Dr Matt but did get adjusts by the other doctors when he was out or it was more convenient to go to the closer clinic to my home. They appear to have invested heavily to train and support the new chiropractors before they placed them in the expanded facilities. They gained experience and training and used 918Chiropractic as a stepping stone (such is life). I'm sure Dr Matt will have other well trained doctors to fill the shoes of Dr John and Dr Hunter that moved own to blaze their own trail.
