Stay away from Dr Weiss…read more I went to see him for treatment of a sinus infection. He sent me to the emergency room insisting I was about to have a hart attack. At the ER, a sinus infection was diagnosed. It cost me over $3000 in ER bills to get a diagnosis that should have been handled by the "doctor". When I asked for a reduction for his office visit charges, I was "rewarded" on my next billing statement with a charge for a procedure that was not performed. The office will not remove that bogus charge nor discount the bill. The ER doctor instructed me to schedule a follow up visit with my Dr Weiss. The doctor, knowing nothing about my medical history insisted I should go back to the ER for a complete chest CAT scan. Reminder, he is not a cardiologist. Also at the follow up visit, a snot sample that was taken with a cotton swab from my nose. It was yellow with puss. The culture was sent to the lab. It did not take, probably because the sample was left on the desk and it dried up before processing. I have alerted ENT of Georgia corporate offices of Dr. Weiss' disturbing behavior to find my visit records do not reflect my experience. Therefore, I recommend you stay away from Dr. Weiss and any ENT of Ga medical office. This staff will take the time to break it down. I've met with two of the surgeons here. Competent and charming. It's like being transported back to small town doctors office. The listen and care. The best ENT doctor! I had a clogged ear on July 4 and went to Piedmont Urgent Care. A doctor there…read moretold me I have a severe ear infection. I thought it was ear wax, but she told me differently. She prescribed Amoxicillin and Neomycin and the 7 days I took it I felt so ill. My body wasn't taking the antibiotics well. Fast forward to this week, I wanted a professional evaluation and went to go see Dr.Kim. The office staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr.Kim and the other nurses listened to my words. When Dr.Kim looked into my ear she said there was fluid and wax in there. She suctioned my ear up and a few minutes later I am HEARING AGAIN out of my left ear!!!! I was so happy with joy I thought I was going to cry. Almost. Dr.Kim is awesome and so very kind. I am so happy right now that she fixed my problem. As for the pills, I was taking them for no reason thanks to the other doctor at Piedmont Urgent Care. I am happy right now so I don't even care about it anymore. I am well again thanks to Dr.Kim and the staff at ENT of Georgia. Thank you so very much!

I have seen Dr. Jenny Kim twice and find her to be an excellent and knowledgable Otolaryngologist…read more I was able to book an appointment to see her the next day after calling her office the previous day. She is absolutely kind, knowledgable, caring, helpful, and does a very excellent job of treating all of her patients. I came to her with severe nasal congestion and nasal drainage. She examined the inside of my nose on my very visitation with her as well as ask me if I had any sinus pressure, ear pain, or headaches. I told her that I did not, and she explained to me that I did have a sinus infection on my first visit. So, she prescribed me a strong antibiotic and a nasal spray. I have taken all of the antibiotic that she has prescribed me as well as used the nasal spray and it helped a whole lot. I started to have relief just after two days. When I went back to her for a follow up visit, she inserted her nasal light up inside of my nose and then irrigated (suctioned) each one of my own sinus cavities. She also sprayed the inside of my nose and then to a sample culture for testing. She called me back Friday afternoon with the results and told me exactly what kind of bacterial sinus infection that I had and to inform me to take the remaining antibiotics. I have done just that. When she suctioned and irrigated both of my nasal cavities, I had a lot more immediate relief. I have also continued to take nasal spray afterwards as she advised and recommended. It has been close to a whole week and today I am 100% better and free from my own sinus infection and it is all because of Dr. Jenny Kim. She has sped up and shortened the duration my suffering. Dr. Kim has never rushed through any of my own appointments and visits with her at all. She has always taken plenty of time with treating and not rushing at all. Dr. Kim truly is an excellent, knowledgable, and wonderful Otolaryngologist with a true passion and a true love for the kind of medicine that she practices. She also treats all of her patients extremely well and with lots of care. I absolutely do highly recommend her. She is simply the best!

Hand surgery was told by the nurse and anesthesiologist that the doctor would be in to see me…read morebefore they took me back for surgery, which he didn't show up and I didn't see him after he did the surgery I didn't hear from him and now they want to charge me to take the stitches out, which should be included as a postop visit and by the way, the doctor is not taking the stitches out his physicians assistant i assistant. I canceled the appointment and I'm not going in and paying them to take out stitches. I can do that myself. It was like taking a splinter out of my hand. It's not a big deal. I survived open-heart surgery. I think I can manage these stitches not impressed at all.

I should've tracked THAT doctor down, driven anywhere to have my nail done by them again, no matter what. I was like OK I'll go ahead and make an appointment. Really wished I hadn't. so I found it odd that they tried to sell me an expensive insole and some other product on my first visit. Cash grab. He's also trying to sell me hard on the fact that if I don't do the additional chemicals that the ingrown will come back. Which also meant a longer recovery. Even if that's the case it won't come back right away. I've had this procedure done before and I got to watch them do it. Not this time. He put a curtain up so I couldn't watch what he was doing. I told him I wasn't squeamish and I was fine and I'd love to watch. He says he does it for everyone. Now I know why. You can't watch him screw it up. The last doctor sprayed my toe numbed my toe, took a scalpel, sliced on both sides, pulled out the ingrowns put some ointment on bandaged me up and told me everything would be good and it was. As for this one, you couldn't be further from the truth. firstly, he didn't numb my toe enough. That's always fun. Secondly, they were a lot of instruments laying out on the counter. He was using on my foot. He was digging around a lot. I thought it was odd that this wasn't seamless. I was getting concerned during the procedure. I couldn't even tell what my toe look like after procedure before he bandaged it. He also told me I could change the bandage out if it bled through. I might blood through? I never got a chance to look at it. Until I got home the next day. I was really concerned then turns out for good reason. At the time of making my original appointment, I found out they had a medical pedicurist. I asked if I could make an appointment. She only comes in certain times I said, but my toe will still be bandaged up. Is that going to be OK? They said yes. I went ahead and went forward a week after my procedure and within a week I had an infected toe. Why would you tell somebody after getting a procedure and still in recovery, that it would be OK to get a pedicure. So either I got it from Dr. light or either I got it from the pedicurist. I kept having to come back in because my toe was looking really really ratchet and painful. now fast forward. On one of my last visits, he told me that I might have to come back and have him redo the whole thing. I'm like why? I can't afford this I can't afford the recovery time I work on my feet. Why would I have to go through this again. it's his business so bad that he does this on purpose. This is how he makes his money. I don't know what he did to my toe. He wouldn't let me watch. This is a fairly simple procedure. That's why it's done in a doctors office and not Hosp. . Please do yourself a favor. Don't go to the pedicurist. I spent 50 bucks for five minutes of an infection. It's nothing special. Lousy foot rub. She spends 30 seconds doing that and yeah it's not worth it. To this day, I still feel like there are pieces of nail embedded in the sides of my skin. Either he did not do a clean cut and get it all out where it's jagged and pushing into my skin. How would I know he didn't let me watch. either he's that bad or he wanted me to come back and have it redone The funny part is that the right side wasn't hurting until after he did the procedure on that side. He could've just done the left side where I was feeling the pain. But No now he screwed me up for life I cover my toe and silicone before I go to work, so nothing presses in. I'm really hoping I can live with this. I may have to go to another podiatrist and find out exactly what this guy did to me and see if it can be fixed. Now on both sides of my toe there is material irritating the sides of my skin. When I saw you, it only hurt on the left. Now they hurt on both sides and that has been from day one of recovery. Not that it felt great for a month and it all of a sudden became an ingrown toenail again. My pain has never ever ever dissipated. And that is a problem if I come to you to get rid of the pain and what you do to me causes more pain than when I started. I don't know how you can answer that and justify it in any way, shape or means. And I'm really pissed off that I now have to deal with this every single day and you know what I do for a living. And for you to not let me watch what was going on when I told you I was able to do that happily really makes me wonder what was going on I will never know. There's nothing you could say just nothing.
