'I must have had the wrong office', but they would be more than happy to schedule me for an appointment in another weeks time. I did not have the wrong office or the wrong information. Went straight home and double checked my notes. Due to the incompetence I will be canceling that second attempt appointment and going with the provider that felt sorry for me and fit me in over their lunch break.
