Just had an appointment with Michael Poole himself and maybe another attorney (he failed to introduce himself ) not only were they 15 min late to a 10am appointment . The attorney himself could not explain why SIX years had passed and they only offered two updates during that period . Mind you $12,000 for 6 years and only 2 vacated offenses (they needed to complete 3) when questioned I was met with "it sounds like you're complaining " the professionalism was not there Michael himself barely spoke. We were told by another person in office I would have the complete file upon meeting. Was provided three pieces of paper. We had Michael poole as our lawyer since of 2016 and we paid him over $1000s for paper work and so on, he was never once able to actually meet you in person and or able to talk on phone , as he said he was "too busy" I would NEVER recommend this lawyer nor would even spend time on calling. We decided to make ends meet, filed a paper saying if you cant not return our money that we will take this to the bar association , of course they only returned half of what we paid!
