The rooms are nice, updated and the office is clean. The staff was never rude, and fairly friendly however the providers were never upfront or honest about developing diagnosis's and when you brought a concern to them, they'd blow it off and say the next provider would address it. The provider attitudes at time weren't great, and again, sometimes there was no communication or transparency. I went high risk at the end of my first into my second trimester and no one said a word until I saw it in my notes. None of the providers attended birth as mine was quick, however Cisek did come out for my postpartum care and was wonderful. I wish them well but I couldn't stay as a patient myself. Recommendation? Look around and find a provider that works for you, and do your research in any condition you develop. Advocate for yourself.

Didn't leave for 2 hours after we called saying active labor was underway. Every appointment we went to, we were told stories of how they rush to births and drive quickly and it's a whirlwind. It should have been a red-flag. Do your research. We delivered our child alone. After, we wrote several emails trying to discuss why this happened, why they dropped off and no aftercare was received & they refused to communicate or acknowledge us while not responding to anything. I started seeing her when I moved to the Lehigh Valley and got pregnant with my daughter. I love the fact that I could make an appointment get seen quickly and not be shuffled around from doctor to doctor. I love the fact that each time I go I see her and only her, unlike these big practices where you can see 10 different doctors and none of them know who you are, why you're there or you'r medical history.

Several years later, I am still bitter about my brief time as a patient of Sokolowski. I had three…read moreconcerns: 1) Annual exam 2) Uterine fibroids 3) Breast lump Breast lump is most egregious. I felt a lump, she insisted there wasn't one and even brought in her PA to corroborate. They made me feel like I was imagining things. She ordered a diagnostic mammogram to appease me, but said the uterine fibroids were more crucial at that point. So I agreed to uterine embolization, which left me in such excruciating pain that I was prepared to walk to the emergency room at 3 o'clock in the morning. Recovery took months; and barely shrunk the fibroids at all. I was finally able to schedule a mammogram and, lo and behold, that lump turned out to be a 2cm malignant tumor. They had the nerve to call me a year later to schedule my annual exam. Since then, I no longer schedule visits with independent clinicians.

Always little to no waiting period. Quick in and out appointments so you can continue the rest of…read moreyour day. The practice itself makes me feel ignored, low-priority, and needy.
