Our family was looking at the possibility of moving to the Lakewood Ranch, FL area and was given Carissa's name as a reference. We were out-of-state buyers, so that added some complexity to the process. When we came to FL to look at homes, she made herself available for an entire day, finding homes that fit our needs in the areas we wanted to check out, so we could see the homes and drive through the area and neighborhoods. During that 1 day (and after visiting many homes), she was able to home in on what we liked design-wise, what we didn't like, talk through new builds and re-sale homes, and more importantly, making sure we were going in with the right mind set. It's not easy trying to do much of the process remotely, only seeing pictures vs. in person and having the same sense of size / space / neighborhood feeling. Carissa was always available to answer any questions and was willing to go in person to look at homes for us. When we eventually found the home that we fell in love with, she drove there and made video calls with us showing us the property, really letting us know if it would be a good fit and was in line with what we wanted. She was quick to respond, very honest and extremely helpful, always going above and beyond for us.
