I was a client for about 8 years, where they barely spoke to me, barely spoke at court hearings, and had me refile new claims three times - until my points expired - then they dropped my claim. I filed a new claim without a lawyer and was approved in six months. I suppose they must win some cases, since they stay in business - but, in my opinion, it's a game of averages rather than the regard and effort they falsely claim to apply in their ads. Seems to me their business plan is to get as many clients as they can (through false advertising) so that, statistically, they can profit from, I'm guessing, a low win rate. My advise to anyone contemplating hiring a disability lawyer is to avoid Sullivan, and the first question I would ask other lawyers is what their win rate is. This will give you an idea of their competence, and whether they are a firm that takes all cases and plays the averages with minimal effort.
