We forwarded all of our mail. Now 7 months later my credit report is in jepardy due to them making what they admitted was a "data entry" error for a mere $105. They even admitted never calling the cell phone which is how the collection agency reached me. They had the primary account name incorrect and the box number for the address is where they had the "data entry error" so we never received a bill. Would I go back.............not if I valued by credit rating.

At some point I gave up, but I found dentists of Eastgate and they had availability within the week which was kind of crazy. Did a little research and I can understand why as the dentists here at this location are fairly "new" - experience within the last 6 years. But that's not going to stop me. I'm getting my teeth cleaned LOL... Anywho, I was pleasantly surprised that I had a pretty good experience! The establishment is clean, staff are friendly, and it looks like they have up to date equipment and technology compared to the last dentist I had here at Cincinnati. And they didn't even push to do any type of upgrades etc. Which is nice! Teeth cleaning went well, overall a good experience. Not much time to create a rapport with a dentist first time around because this location seemed so busy! Anywho, pretty satisfied here.

They completely misrepresented what insurance will cover, by not submitting to insurance first. Sent me bill almost 5 months later and had never filed with insurance, now they say I owe $402 more. Did x-rays without checking to see if insurance will cover, they would not because it was within 3 years. Refused to see wife because she would not let them take x-rays due to 3-year rule. They stated they would not use another dentist's x-rays. They have a tendency to estimate low and stick you with a bigger bill

Dr Vilardo said that all of my teeth problems were due to sleep apnea. I had my second appt with them a few days ago. She had quit and opened up her own sleep clinic. They told to be 15 minutes early, so I was. 5 people came in after me, they were all called back before me. Dr Rogers told me that I needed four crowns. He said that if one of my tooth cracks, he would have to pull it and do a root canal. All of this work would cost me $4,000. I just went and had a second opinion from Dr Timothy Pohlman. He said that I didn't need any crowns. Dr Pohlman won America's top Dentist in 2025. He's out of network with me, that's the only reason I haven't been going to him. Now I don't care. I will pay out of pocket because he is honest and trustworthy. I would stay far away from Roger's.
