And i didn't heal right the first time so I called and expressed to them how much pain I was in and June once again saved me but getting me in the same day and Dr Ryan Levine helped me by doing X-rays and filling in some of my work I had done. That worked until the following Saturday morning. So in a panic, I started calling every Dentist in Lake Havasu and left messages. A few hours later, I get a call from Dr.Shamos. He was very sympathetic, I sent him a picture, he made arrangements for his trusted Assistant Siobhan to meet at his office to reattach my crown. I've had some bad experiences in my past and hesitated but sometimes there is no avoiding the inevitable, but was immediately impressed with Dr. Ahn, his expertise and chairside manner. He was having a tremendous amount of pain and our dentist (not the extraction culprit) suggested getting in to see an oral surgeon asap. It was a Friday when we called in, the office staff was so kind and empathetic, and got a hold of Dr Manny on his day off who came in pretty immediately to see my husband. He was so kind and did everything he could to investigate and ended up finding a disaster left behind. My husband was left with bone fragments, sharp ridges in his jaw and so much infection. He was basically given oral surgery over the course of a few hours by Dr Manny (who worked solo as all his assistants were also off that day). I honestly felt like he was our Godsend. Everyone we encountered at Serenity was a pleasure. My husband is even considering traveling out again to have Dr Manny do his implant. Thank you serenity and thank you Dr Manny!

I just want to say THANK YOU. We arrived shortly after the office opened, hoping for an emergency crown replacement. The front office was super friendly, and the dentist was able to fit us in with an early-afternoon same-day appointment. This level of service is not common, and we were lucky there was space in today's schedule. After installing a temporary crown, and ordering the permanent one, we headed back to the desert for a couple weeks. When the permanent crown was ready, the temp-to-perm swap was painless and took less than an hour. Havasu Dentistry runs their office like clockwork, and their professionalism and efficiency are VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Keep up the great work.
