I noticed one area of my house having problems & advised the tech. The tech did some looking & returned with a quote to address the problem with the one issue I showed him. I of course get a second & third opinion. After the consultation with the two other companies & them sitting me down to explain the root causing the one problem we could see; Stapleton was just patching one part vs telling me to real. *NO COMPANIES NAMES WERE DISCLOSED TO ANY OTHER VENDORS! NO QUOTES WERE COMPARED BY ANYONE BESIDES RESIDENTS! THIS WAS TREATED LIKE A BIDDING PROCESS FOR A BUSINESS!!!* I didn't appreciate feeling like someone was taking advantage due to knowledge & knowing I wasn't able to get in the crawl space to see any of the problems really occurring.

So 2 months later, he stopped answering my calls and text messages. Furthermore, his business address is fictitious. His Facebook page is fake so please do not use this business.
