The truck was not wrecked thank goodness, but these people are crooks. On 12/23 I called them and was told they were going to take it out. Some guy by the name of Dick said they would work with us on the price. when they went to get the keys from the driver. Driver said that he didn't want them to move his truck until he was picked up. He was told he would be picked up to take truck out when State police was available to close a lane. 12/24-12/26 I called every day a few times. They had no word as to when they were pulling truck on road. If I didn't call them, they didn't call me. On 12/27/22 I called them at 9:00am and was told that at 11am they were going to pick it up. I told them to pick up the driver and that is when they told me after I paid the invoice. Mind you have been asking since friday how much it was going to cost they said don't worry we will work with you. BULLSHIT. They charge 13,700.00 to put it back on the road. 4hrs of labor when by 12:30pm they had it in their yard. Truck was not damaged in anyway the only thing was, it was facing the opposite direction. That Truck for all I know was driven to the yard not Towed. NO sign of towing in anyway. No markings where they would pull it. MY Advice to further customers of these people: DON'T give your keys to them if you can't see what they are doing.

For a motorcycle that was 10 feet off the road, and could easily be picked up and loaded as the only damage was handle bar and some cosmetic damage. $600 to pick up a motorcycle and tow it less than 10 miles. We had previously taken my wife's car here for an inspection and felt like we were significantly overcharged, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I will no longer be giving them any business after my experience this week. I had to have my car towed from the highway last week. They were the closest tow company and I just had it towed right to their garage, hoping that it would save me some money. Through a combination of their expensive parts distributor and the shadiness of the garage, I felt like I was being overcharged by $150-$300 (I know, big range) for a part. I called around and got pricing for that part myself and disputed the cost with the garage. They tried to pass it off on the parts distributor overcharging them, but only showed me the list price on the invoice, while intentionally hiding the net price. I spoke with the parts distributor who, while still significantly more expensive than other places, definitely did not charge them full list price. Miraculously, $150 disappeared off my bill when I spoke with the garage again and pressed further, since I knew the actual cost of the part. I ended up paying about what I "should" have (minus the still too expensive part), but if I didn't know any better I could have really been taken to the cleaners. This all felt very shady and I wouldn't feel confident recommending Dobson's to anyone.
