After waiting until 12:01, I successfully placed my order and received a confirmation email and order number. After 8 days of checking the order status daily and seeing no activity on the order, I attempted to call customer service. The recording said the call volumes were high and asked if I wanted to leave a number for them to call me back. I did. About an hour later they called but, when I answered, they still had me on hold. Thirty minutes later, to the exact minute, they disconnected my call. I decided to go to my local GameStop for help. The employees were super nice and initially tried to be helpful by calling their own customer service number. After the clerk waited unanswered on hold for thirty minutes I asked if I could leave my number so she could call me back. 20 minutes later she called to say that she couldn't do anything about my online order but that the manager would sell me a similar bundle for $100.00 more and give me a $50.00 store card. I said no thank you and hung up. When I got home, my original order number no longer existed and all I got was an error message that no such order ever existed. I have the printed copy of my order that was received and confirmed on November 26 and get it now has been conveniently deleted by Gamestop. My advice to anyone looking to buy gaming equipment is to buy it ANYWHERE but GameStop online. I gave my order and the extra $100.00 I had to pay to Walmart! I will NEVER EVER shop at Gamestop again and I plan to tell as many people as possible about my poor customer experience.

I simply feel it's important for others to know what a horrible experience I've had. Well over a month ago, my husband and I began looking for wedding bands. We're already married, we just didn't have bands yet. If I could rate the customer service at the time of purchase, I'd rate them a 5. The girl who worked with us was fantastic. The problem arose after we purchased my wedding bands. I found one in the store that I absolutely loved. The customer service rep convinced me it would look amazing to have two bands, one for each side of my engagement ring. Unfortunately, they only had one of these bands in the store. I was told they could order the exact band and have it for me within 4 business days. The fourth day arrived and I had heard from no one, so I swung by while I was in town. They said it would arrive the next day. Okay, no big deal. So I go in the next day, mind you, they never once called to inform me the ring I ordered had came in. I get there, and they had ordered the wrong ring. Something with the serial numbers had gotten mixed up. Again, I was irritated, but it wasn't a huge deal. So over a week later, I STILL had heard nothing. I gave them a call and was informed that there wasn't the exact ring anywhere within their district. So of course, I asked them to look outside their district. It has been over a month now, and I still have no wedding band to match the one I purchased. What if this had been for my wedding day? I would've just been out of luck and heartbroken. So before you choose your ring, make sure you choose a company you can rely on. I personally will never be making another purchase at Roger's Jewelers.
