The particular task chair I settled on offered a gazillion options, and Steve who took care of me was so patient as I went through them to make the choices that worked best for me, right down to colors and fabrics. Finally, the price he was able to give me was well below the list price. Other things to know: location is very convenient, right off the LIE, and plenty of parking in front and back. Don't be dissuaded by the plain brick-and-mortar exterior of the building in which the showroom is located; once you step inside, you'll be delighted with the quality of what you see. The cat tried to scratch me. The woman insisted the cat was friendly, told me to show my hand. I didn't want to, but she insisted I try again. Cat scratched me and drew blood. Woman was not apologetic at all! Just told me to spray antiseptic! WTF The lovely people a few stores over insisted I use their bathroom to clean my two bleeding cuts. A very horrible experience that ruined my day. I will never go back to that store.
