I had to ask repeatedly to have an affidavit corrected since they used a completely unrelated address. I also asked for the proceeds to be wired to my bank account, but the assistant still sent the proceeds by express mail (not yet in my possession since the property closed this morning). Her response was that "you didn't provide instructions." She never asked for wiring information. I would have expected a professional to reach out to obtain the information after I specifically asked for the funds to be wired. It also cost me $106 to overnight my executed documents to the firm (no pre-paid envelope provided). She never even confirmed that the closing docs I sent overnight to the firm were received by the firm before just "closing" the transaction. Absolutely terrible service. I really hope they correctly handle the deed and other property transfer documents.

Bad move. The first magistrate said : Come back plead Guilty pay $ 200.00 we send you on your way. Nathan thought that crossing out a date was like missing a period or a comma. Big difference. Needless to say if you are pleading GUILTY then he is the lawyer to see. Court cost went from a $ 200.00 fine to about $ 500.00. He went to court 3 times for me and never let me know what was happening at either one. He had my money though. I was ordered to do 24 hours community service and to see someone to get a review and possibly treatment for alcohol abuse. Online I read that most got off the first time. I think he just wanted the money. I have sent a email to him because of the CoronaVirus and Doctor meeting, that I could not do it. No response. As well I could have appealed it. But was not told until after the time was up to do that. Nothing changed from what the first Magistrate told me. Except I am out of pocket a few dollars. After Mr. Earwood got involved, it got worse in my opinion. I should have just taken the bench warrant since I live in a different country. Or come down myself. i could have pleaded guilty, did not need Mr. earwood for that for me.
