Let me first start off by saying I've never been to this location before. There are two nail shops…read moreI usually go to very faithfully but I wanted to try somewhere different. That was a mistake number one. When myself and my fiance first walked through the door it wasn't very welcoming but it's okay we're new faces I understand. There was two maybe three customers there nobody waiting not busy a lady walked up to us and asked what we were there for each one of us needed a fill, l I needed repair on 2 nails. She said something along the lines of only two people there are able to do acrylic that she needed to check and see what would be a good time for us to come back because they were extremely busy although as I stated there was only two or three people there nobody waiting. She walked off a few moments said as she came back asked if we would want nail art or just basic gel polish we told her some now or she then walked off again cameback and said well can you just come back tomorrow. First off tomorrow is Easter second off tomorrow is Sunday and according to the door they're not open on Sunday so either she wasn't thinking when she asked us this question or we would have showed up tomorrow to a closed business. Mind you it's 12:00 noon. So she is insisting that from now until the time they close which I'm pretty sure said 7:00 p.m. they're going to be so extremely packed and busy she didn't even try to attempt to take our number in case there was a cancellation or if something popped up and we were able to get squeezed in she made no initiative to get our business. It was a quick rush to get us out the door so I definitely will not be going back to attempt to try this place
