For example, if your name is John Smith, anyone with that name is going to come up as a possible lien when selling a home. Once the seller's social is verified, it's a null issue. Linda created panic reporting that there was a lien on the house & the sale wouldn't go through. Then, she unethically requested on a Sunday for the buyers to move in the next day, despite the closing date was on Wednesday. Don't waste your money!! There are a ton of realtors in Hampton Roads.
