I did and as soon as I saw what I was paying for I asked for my money back but was denied. You think you are getting a special doctor supervised program. Not the case. You are handed off to the receptionist who hands you a packet And a bag full of supplements. Half the packet is marketing for Chiropractic services and has nothing to do with weight loss at all. There is nothing customized for the patient and is simply a one size fits all cut and paste piece of paper. Then they send you on your way for three weeks (so you basically have 2 visits during Their plan at a cost of $1200). Their weight loss "plan" is a one page list of foods you can eat. essentially, eat meat and vegetables, simple things any internet search will tell you for free. there Is no testing, nothing different from one person to the next. Their "support" means you can text and get a response that says "you are doing great, stick to the plan", so basicaly you are on your own. If you say it's not working and ask for help, they say you are trying to be healthier and not lose weight, which I find odd since they sold a weight loss program and since you've had zero testing there is no way to measure if you are getting any benefit at all. They offer a steep discount if you pay up front which I imagine is because no one would pay installments when they see what they are truly buying. I know people can get desperate to lose weight but There are so many better options out there, I encourage you to look elsewhere flor real help and real support.
