Dina was very open, and she listened taking deep thought in the intentions for the healing. Through the initial healing, I could feel the physical energy being moved around me and what felt like a heaviness being lifted out of me only to be replaced with very light and positive energy. Moreover, I experienced what seemed like something within me elevating upward out of my body. I know it sounds crazy, but it was real for me. I had visions and thoughts of things that seemed to be brought out of my subconscious that I hadn't thought of in years. At the end, I debriefed with Dina about the physical, emotional, and spiritual experience and she in turn provided feedback about her experience conducting the energy healing on me. It was quite interesting, but more importantly, I really felt the whole-body difference leaving refreshed, relaxed and with a weight lifted off me.
