The facial was my first, and very confronting (no-one needs to see their skin that close up! It look like the surface of a strange alien planet), but by the end, my face felt smooth and amazing. The massage sent me to sleep, so I guess it was good. She took me into the treatment room (a dodgy cupboard under the stairs) and washed my face in preparation for my facial. The she went out of her way to walk around the bed, to turn the lights on full-bright. Then she wandered out to make a phone call to her daughter's school, and to chat to another staff member about her hours. She had the cheek to tell me, when I got dressed and walked out, that it was my fault for coming early. SHE HARASSED ME until I agreed to come early. terrible terrible service. Do not use this place. And that is not the worst part. She double dipped! It wasn't still I say up to do leave that I noticed the spatula was still in the wax (how did I know it was the one she used on me? It had her wax covered finger print on it which I noticed as she was spreading wax on my arm. Well let's talk about hygiene and double dipping. Your waxer should never double dip, well that is unless you are comfortable with some strange woman's fun zone being in contact with an open wound on you... Maybe you, but at you should know it.
