After trusting them with my bookkeeping and taxes for several years, I discovered that they completely neglected my books for months on end. They then had the audacity to back-charge me for their own failure to do their job in a timely manner. On top of that, every single tax return they prepared for me was riddled with errors--errors so egregious that I had to hire a new CPA to fix their mistakes at my own expense. When I refused to pay for their incompetence, they sent me to collections. This office has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and integrity. I strongly advise anyone in need of reliable tax or bookkeeping services to look elsewhere, as my experience with this firm has been nothing short of a nightmare
