It took five more minutes for Ms. McAllister to acknowledge me. When she did, she didn't give me any hello nor smile, nothing of the sort. It immediately did not feel like a warm, welcoming environment. She kind of appeared rude and intimidating. She gave me paperwork to fill out. In the middle of my filling it out, she got a phone call. I finally finished my paperwork before waiting about 7 minutes for her while she was still on the phone. I immediately left. Between the long wait and being ignored, I decided this place isn't for me and I do not respect Ms. McAllister. I do not recommend her services.

Sometimes it takes a couple tries to find the right person for your issues, I start with Rachel in a few weeks and will update my review as I go. Update: Rachel is fantastic and very helpful.
