Do not recommend this legal firm - was recommended by property guys when selling our home in Saint…read moreJohn, so we figured we might as well not having a preference - they neglected to mention that we would need to travel all the way to Moncton to sign the paperwork, and made us pay $300+ out of pocket on top of the original fee to have someone local take our signatures and courier them as an alternative. To make matters worse, they did not contact us for 3 weeks after conditions were met on the sale, and I had to reach out to them a week before closing to find all this information out last minute. Really unprofessional, and nothing was offered in terms of an apology for the mess. If property guys recommends this firm to you, RUN! Find another lawyer locally, unless you want to pay 150% what you should be for legal services to be split between the two.

Ms. Fortier handled the bungling delays of the courts and my confusion in their total lack of accountability for their own bad behavior magnificently. Additionally, she is absolutely non-sexist, and will fight for justice as it is meant to be, with a blindfold, so all are equal before it.
