They seemed reliable when they did the initial survey but the work was finished to a very poor standard and I wasn't able to get them back to rectify issues. Their conditions of works stipulated payment prior to work commencing and I only agreed to this because they were members of the association of master builders. Big mistake. I was spoken to in an appalling manner by one of the company when he came to investigate continuing damp problems and after that they ignored my attempts to contact them. I have a worthless guarantee and need to get the work redone.

Quality kitchen spoilt by poor project management…read more.. We had heard good things about Intoto from friends and were pleased with their design and initial approach. However the kitchen fitting was a catalogue of broken promises, mishandling of orders, and shoddy quality control. Our stress levels were as high as the cost of the kitchen. After much chivvying and many return visits we now have a kitchen that we are happy with but we won't be going to Intoto again.
