we thought they were great after their first cleaning. however they didn't "Deep clean" the house…read more after our second cleaning there was a smell in our house. we found a dead rodent in a room where the vacuum would've pulled it out. the cleaners never swept the floors or under the beds, the never cleaned the shower. at minimum they cleaned the counters, sinks, mirrors, and dust. $180 is a lot to pay for a piss poor job.

We had a number of questions, and there was some complexity to our transaction with easements and trusts. She knew that we were concerned about having enough time to read the documentation, so she worked to get us a PDF packet in advance. This was easier said than done, as some of the documentation was finalized at the last minute, for reasons outside of Meridian Title's control. Joy also gave us a separate conference room and plenty of time to review everything before we had to sign. I would definitely close with Joy and Meridian Title again. It was a smooth, low-stress process.
