We had a number of questions, and there was some complexity to our transaction with easements and trusts. She knew that we were concerned about having enough time to read the documentation, so she worked to get us a PDF packet in advance. This was easier said than done, as some of the documentation was finalized at the last minute, for reasons outside of Meridian Title's control.
