From the get go there was no party host (staff) to help, affiliated with the location. No one to help the party host do a proper set up, no one to help serve and no one to help clean. We had the guests carrying tables and chairs, setting up, serving and cleaning, etc. The parents are not allowed to enter the gym to see their children during the party and or take proper pictures, only at the every end(although we were the only party) and were asked to look through the window, however most of the time our children were in an area which could not be seen. The coaches were young kids who unfortunately didn't have the best of attitudes. The event consisted of 1 hour play and 30 minutes to eat and serve the main food, drinks and dessert and loot bags and clean up However they don't take into consideration the number of guests (16 kids)and only provided 1 table where in Fact we barely squeezed everyone inn when we got the 2nd table together and a 3rd table to place all the food and cutlery. After their 1 hour in the gym all the kids had to go wash up and change back into their street clothes, socks and shoes, mind you - only 1 bathroom with only 1 sink is available in each change room, so that definitely took into our party time! As we were serving the cake in racing mode, the kids who were working their had approached the host on multiple occasions and began to rush her. Seeing as though we were all trying to help and rush, the serving, the eating, and kicking everyone out when we barely had a chance to hand out the loot bags! We had a few words with them explaining this is not enough time and we're doing our best to manage! No one is sitting down and resting- we were all hustling to get the children fed and it would be nice if the employees were there to help! (They claimed they did help - which in fact no one was seen there except for the end when they were trying to get everyone to leave!) Also there was no party or anyone else after us! I can't make a statement on the school itself, but the party itself was terribly unorganized and rushed for the poor host! In the end of the party they gave out coupons to promote their birthday party packages and discounts/ for families who attended and to return- NO ONE was interested. For obvious reasons. We all felt terribly bad for the host as she felt stressed and rushed the whole entire time. The parents who remained at the party mentioned they have seen this happen at another event, and everyone tried to help as much as possible. But a birthday should not be this stressful for the host and rushed with no help from the even on site (especially when you pay money to ENJOY a celebration ) - staff should be more involved and helpful! As most birthdays include a party host and helpers! The facility also smells terrible and we don't feel it is hygienic due to the high level of body odours. We do not recommend this place for a birthday party what so ever. The management should be aware, and more involved and hopefully make changes if they'd like to succeed with parties.

He has such bad attitude and the biggest ego ever. He believes he's better than everyone else just because he dabbled a little bit in pro gymnastics. He is not a good coach whatsoever. Jesse did not make me and my son feel welcome. As a paying customer this is disgraceful. I hope he gets a reality check. Defiantly avoid this place, especially Jesse.

The owner, Erika, was dismissive of my concerns pointing out that the animals required feeding. While I empathize with small business owners I explained that serious consideration should be given to continuing lessons in the middle of a pandemic. Clearly we did not agree which was fine. Months later I tried to enquire about extending fall classes for my daughter and to my surprise I was met with resistance. My wife and I are separated and I was told by Erika that my ex-wife was that only parent that she would be corresponding with. I tried to explain that I was only asking for extra riding dates but again the owner said she would refuse to speak with me even though I have communicated with her before. My daughter does enjoy the school which is the only reason why I am not pulling her out - I don't want her to be in the middle of this. It's a shame that the owners resorted to this tactic even though I was just trying to provide constructive criticism. Please stay safe everyone

What stands out is how well-run everything is. The staff are organized, caring, and genuinely engaged with the kids. Programming feels structured and purposeful, not just "childcare," and my kids always come home excited about what they did that day. Customer service has also been excellent whenever we've had questions, schedule changes, or needed help with registration. Highly recommend for families looking for quality year-round programming and camps.

I find it unbelievable that they are not following the Covid-19 laws and putting others health at risk. They certainly had over 20 campers and staff during their camp at Wanless park. At the time, the max limit for outdoor gatherings was 10. I enjoy using the baseball diamond and field with my children and we could not use it because they told us they had a permit for it. When I called 311 I was told they do not have a permit because the city is not handing out permits during Covid and that is it illegal to run a private camp on public city space without a permit. I hope that the park officers showed up and handed out a fine so that this does not happen again. If they are not compliant with Covid safety measures, how can they guarantee the safety and health of their campers!? I will NOT be sending my children to this camp. TAC Sports answer: Hello Sarah, thank you for your message. We hope you are contacting the right organization about your concern. We have run in compliance with all COVID-19 protocols, providing over 20 weeks of 100% safe programming without incident since the beginning of COVID-19 and passing direct compliance with public and city health officials. Safety is our primary and most important concern for our students and staff. Please feel free to always contact us directly at 416 627 1092 or info@tacsports.ca. Response: I added a photo in the review. Is that your camp? Coach shirts say tac sports. Also, you never responded about running the camp without a permit. TAC Sports answer: Hi Sarah, thanks for your response. The pictures are not clear but we are confident that would not be our camp and we would not operate without a permit. You can contact our directors at 416 627 1092 before leaving a review that is not related to our organization. Thank you. Response: This review is 100% related to your organization. Your website states that you are offering camps at Wanless Park and I have attached a photo of your poster advertising the camp during the time that photo was taken. I do not want to contact your directors because you are clearly lying about the camp at Wanless that took place in March and about the permit. Your directors will just make up another lie. If you would like more proof about the permit, I can also get 311's response in writing which states that you do NOT have a permit and they are not handing out ANY permits during Covid. The public deserves to know how you operate and they need to be able to see this review. It is very concerning that your company chooses to lie over a negative review and to operate illegally since you work with children. What are you teaching them? City of Toronto response: Thank you for your email. The City of Toronto has not issued any permits for outdoor activities as of date and cannot issue permits in the Provincial Lockdown zone of the Covid-19 framework. Due to Toronto being in Lockdown since November and currently in a Stay at home order no Organization should be using the parks for paid programing. I have been aware of the activity at Wanless park as I had another complaint from a resident of the area. Unfortunately I did not have a name or contact for the group. I did ask Park staff and By-law officers to go out to the location and warn the group that they are not allowed to use the space without a permit and the Park is open to the public to use in accordance to the Provincial guidelines.
