Not only did she cancel all of the services, she called me angrily about it and HUNG UP on me when I tried to explain and see how we could move forward. I do not recommend working with her. From an event professional's standpoint, things change, and it's important to deal with vendors who can work with you and who won't call you in a rage and cancel services because of that. Her demeanor went from nice to completely rude and unprofessional in a matter of seconds. I'm honestly so shocked at how I was treated.

I asked him if he was willing to share the reason for closing down the booking agency. He immediately started screaming at me, talking over me, telling me that I am rude to ask him why the booking agency closed down and called me an ass hole and a jerk. He then hung up the phone on me. The level of planning put into this trip from the structured payments, to the seamless airport transfers, to the 5-star villa stay and endless activities on the itinerary was nothing short of incredible. Trevia and her crew handled every minor detail and left not a stone unturned. I have planned many of an event and consider myself extremely organized but Trevia is on a whole other level. She turned a 50th birthday celebration into a whole theme with the guest of honor carried in on palanquins, Indonesians dancers and a whole fire show. My friends woke up to a flower-covered pool celebrating their birthday, flying drones and photo shoot! I applaud her and her team for keeping our 2-week visit to Bali fun and a wonderful learning experience. During this whole experience, her level of professionalism was top shelf. As the wedding coordinator, Tom was great to partner with throughout the planning and leading up to the big day. Anything the Bride suggested, Tom's response was always "whatever you want," and boy, did he mean it! On the day of the big event, he made sure my bride & groom had a dedicated staff member attending to their every need while they were off getting photos, and the guests enjoyed the cocktail hour. From drinks to food, the entire bridal party was catered to and never felt as if they were missing out. Throughout the day, anytime Tom's staff passed by me, every single one asked if I needed anything and where they could help. Along with their excellent attention to detail, the food was amazing! Every guest I spoke to said they were blown away by the selection and taste. There wasn't anything they would have done differently.
