Minutes later his supervisor shows up with his speel. Hours later the adjustor came back with the estimate. As soon as the inspector left he called my wife asking for the insurance claim number, never trying to contact me. We never told them they had our work. The insurance adjuster was leaving the next day for time off and returning Tuesday. Guess who wanted to contact us on Tuesday again.

He's given 2 dates so far that it would be fixed but then he didn't show or call to let me know he wouldn't. I've been having to call and message him over and over AND THIS THING ON MY ROOF IS STILL EXTREMELY LOUD!! DON'T TRUST THIS GUY AFTER YOU PAY HIM YOU GET NO RESPECT, NO FOLLOWUP, FORGET THE WARRANTY HE WONT COME OUT!! A simple call from him acknowledging the situation would have been nice. But nothing!! I have a job to do as well I shouldn't have to track him down to do the work I've paid him to do!
