No concern for a child in distress, no humanity -- just cold dismissal. My daughter broke down in tears as we walked out and said, "I don't like doctors." Imagine the trauma that comes from seeking help and being treated like you're nothing because of a $26 charge. What's worse? Their director had time to demand the $26 upfront, but refused to provide anything in writing or explain why. We were told we'd have to wait until Monday for answers -- but denying a child care on a Saturday? Shameful doesn't even begin to cover it. Springfield Urgent Care, you are not about health. You are about money, control, and intimidation. There is no integrity in how you operate -- just blatant disregard for patient dignity, especially for children. We were humiliated, heartbroken, and shaken. No family -- especially no child -- should be treated this way.

Since then, I've been working at Starbucks for the past 13 years. This job is very difficult on the body, especially over time. I ave been struggling with chronic pain for about 5 years. Some days the pain is manageable, other days I can't even pick up a gallon of milk. I was treating this with massage therapy, which over time, stopped helping. My FedEx driver referred me to dr songar. I was skeptical, but my first visit was free, so why not? The first visit was X-rays. The next visit was talking about the X-rays and treatment. When I saw my X-rays I almost started crying. There was my broken body on the screen. He said the problem was with my neck (coincidentally, the FedEx guy said the same thing). We started treatment twice a week. The first few times I was really sore, and I was skeptical if the treatment was working. I kept going, twice a week, and I honestly felt brand new. I was no longer in pain, my work performed improved, I could make drinks faster, my mood was elevated since I wasn't dealing with the pain. Not only that, but dr songar is so nice. Some days it felt like a chiropractor and therapy session. He would always put me at ease, and he really cared about what was going on in my life. I'm getting ready to move out of state, and I almost cried on my last visit. Everyone there is so kind and helpful, and I will truly miss seeing them each week.

Roxanne is incredibly unpleasant, unprofessional. After following all the proper aftercare of lip filler, I had concerns about migration so I called and the receptionist answers. After Roxanne overheard the word migration, the phone was quickly in Roxanne's hands, who without seeing what my lips looked like, stated that there was no way there was migration, her product doesn't migrate (filler that doesn't have the potential to migrate doesn't exist), and that it was going to be 100$ to consult with me. Instead, I book an appointment for more filler (bc hey, it's free ;)) & then said I wanted to dissolve. For an hour Roxanne talked at me, and ended on the note that she won't dissolve without a written doctors note that I'm working on my health condition that she blamed for the migration occurring (even though she still wouldn't admit it might be migration- i've had SEVERAL injectors confirm that it is 100% migration). This health condition she knew of before filling my lips (but didn't need a doctors note before she was going to make 700 dollars off of filling them, convenient). I've had filler migrate before and every place will dissolve for free, they often are the ones that will point out the bit of migration. Roxanne just has too big of an ego to admit that whether her technique or the inevitablility of my lips being prone to migration occurred. A big unwavering ego is not a characteristic you want in someone who is altering your physical appearance. I'm not a Karen, i'm a 24 yr old of the generation of people pleasing. So unless you are very well educated in this stuff, know how to advocate for yourself, & want to potentially argue for your right to dislike something, I'd go somewhere else. I posted this originally on Facebook & I had MANY people respond to me with similar stories of her botching their lip filler and blaming it on the patient.
