I contacted Radon Pro's and talked with Tom Peters. He seemed to take my concern seriously and came out and made some tweaks to the system. In no time the readings fell dramatically. After speaking w/ him I agreed. Unfortunately for me Bridget didn't represent me well. Courage scheduled inspection was made however Bridget wasn't in attendance and I was dealing w/ inspection in New England trying to close. Courage inspection seemed thorough and organized but Bridget didn't even consult w/ me on issues needing attention which I was suspicious of. Two days after moving in while using shower I noticed considerable water on bathroom floor w/ no explanation. I read the inspection report again, it stated plumbing inspected but no water running. Next day I tried again & same results. I contacted Bridget, she said home warranty issue. It took 13 days to get Choice Home warranty there, they collected 75.00 & needed more information. 35 minutes later repairman left stating home inspection issue & I was told contact inspector. I reached out to Courage who asked if I got a plumber & I said no. He supposedly contacted Bridget who supposedly said home warranty would fix it. Of course nobody reached out to me. I contacted Courage again & got same answer. As of 10/17/2022 issue is still pending w/ nobody accepting responsibility. Multiple calls & texts aren't returned.

He politely informed me I would have to weld one I beam to another and told me to send him the pictures after I was done. Btw, I have 30 years of construction experience that includes welding on structural frames in the building of steel framed warehouses and office buildings. Dan, the owner, wouldn't listen to what I was saying, was rude and dismissive. Try telling me I had to hire someone to do the welding. When I told him I would do it and call him to come see if it was good enough he told me to hire someone else. Charlie was great, easy to talk to and informative. Dan on the other hand was nice as can be until I wouldn't go with his insistence I used someone else, probably someone he got a piece of the pie from. Be careful using them. Make sure your 100% ready because Dan will try to add stuff on. I'll update when I have pictures of my welds. You can decide for yourself.
