Once booked, he and his business partner (Matt) were thorough with coordinating delivery/pickup details and remained flexible through the whole process. On the day of delivery, Matt kept me informed on timing and sanitation measures he was taking to ensure safety. Matt was kind when he arrived to setup and provided clear information about the bouncer/water slide.
