My youngest hair looks great they have always worked so well with his cowlick this time it's bad. No idea who the stylist was for this one. But dang this is disappointing for the amount I paid for a hair he is embarrassed because we always get exactly what he needs with his hair until this. And apparently the girl that was cutting his hair was fighting with her co-workers and left right after she was done. My son also styled his hair himself. She did not.

There were so many bad things that went wrong but here is a list of…read more 1. The barber put something in my hair and the back of my neck burned for about 30 mins after I left 2. The barber clearly noticed my hair had knots and ran a cone through it and tugged (im 200% sure they took some hair out) 3. I asked for the hair to be at my eyebrows and they cut it about an inch above my eyebrows 4. They asked me if the cut was good and it was so I said yeah and then the proceeded to cuth the top side of my hair making my head look as round as a bowling ball 5. When I went back to school I had to wear a hat but the policy said you couldnt so I spent my whole first period arguing with the principal Thats most of it!

I've always been a walk-in and haircuts where okay, nothing special. Last time I went Ashley cut my…read morehair and I really liked it. So this time I made an appointment online and requested Ashley. I got there 5 minutes early and was told there were 4 people ahead of me and it would be a 30 minute wait. The stylist confirmed that I requested Ashley but she wasn't there. I was told Ashley was supposed to be back but she didn't know when. The 4 people ahead of me had all been taken and the next available stylist called a guy that came in after me. I was about to protest when I saw Ashley and another stylist walking in so I waited for her. I would love to know what good it did to make an appointment and request a stylist. I might as well just walk in or find somewhere else to get my haircut.
