Very kind of them one very happy customer here. Thank you all very much

I left them in April 2013 & they have yet to collect their bins, it is now Oct. I have for the past 5 weeks been ringing them and on Wednesday when I rang I was told to put the bins out that night for collection the next day, it is now Friday & they have yet to be collected but I am waiting on another call back since first thing this morning & it is now 4pm. It is the worst display of customer service I have seen in a long time. The bins will remain outside my gate.
