Don't try and take in tires to sell them or trade with them. They will treat you like dirt. My experience has been good prices for new tires and a decent price for a seasonal changeover. However. Today I took them 4 brand new tires valued at $450 (never used - still had the manufacturers sticker on it. They offered me $150 for all 4 tires. I was never more insulted in my life and quickly picked up the tire and put it back in my car. Grumbling about how much they were worth and receiving a muffled F@(kYu from the guy. Wow. Took my Jeep Cherokee in for computer problems. My appointment was on a Tuesday. On Friday I was told they've been real busy and ad no time to look at it. They also poked around in places that I did not ask them to, and tried to tell me that I need service in areas I knew I did not. They also let my car sit for 3 months, and were extremely flakey every visit I made to try and get them to work on the car as it had been accumulating dirt and oil on the white paint. In the end, I ended up receiving a completely botched ride, and a bill for 6K with charges on the invoice for work that wasn't even done on the car!
