The service advisor I had was great and considerate. Even went as far as considering my young children in the van by first asking me for permission, before offering them a lollipop. Service was quick but over the 9 minutes as they advertise but that was due to the optional engine flush I got. I found pricing was very reasonable. An added plus is there is a self serve spray bay right beside so after your oil change you can wash your vehicle :)

This is an update to my previous review from August 2025. Having driven my car for a couple of…read moreweeks I noticed a few drops of oil on my pavement. After raising the car to inspect I found the "technician" failed to use a fresh gasket/washer when draining the oil pan..It was almost paper thin, So now I had to drain the pan, remove the plug and install a fresh/unused crush washer. After paying a premium price for shoddy workmanship.Wow.....I'm speechless.

The staff there were wonderful the service was above what I expected. I was given many options and the value for the choice I chose was great. Jeeze they even oiled my door hinges. As I stated this was my first visit so hopefully my second visit will be just as great. The coffee was pretty good also. Not too much upselling, which is common to most of these franchises and no pressure.

The Crankcase takes 4.1 Litres of oil. These idiots put in over 5.3 Litres. I have no idea why my engine didn't blow a seal. Photo of the oil I drained out attached. Problem #2: They got the biggest and dumbest employee to reef the filter on with as much force as they could muster. I had to crush the filter with a hammer so that I could grip it to spin it with a vice grip to twist it off. Filters are supposed to be 'FINGER TIGHT'. Photo attached. Problem 3: They used the cheapest and smallest Chinese filter on the planet. It probably cost them between 50 cents and $1. I'm being generous. The name on it is 'Service Champ'. Never heard of it. It was 30% smaller than the proper size Fram or Purolator or Mann filter. I estimate the total cost to TAKE 5 for the lowest quality oil available, at around $7, and $1 for the total garbage filter = $8. They charged me $60. Deal with these clowns at your peril. I never will again.

Then noticed a few minor issues but since they only do oil changes they didn't have any solutions to the minor issues just suggested I go else where for them. Overall good service friendly staff.
