Been using this store since the 1990's and John and Frank prove over and over that providing superb and reliable service wins every time. If all service companies achieve this particular Midas store's level of personal service backed up by their level of material service.. well we can only hope. I drive over 36Kms each way even though there is a good service garage no more that 4Kms from me. If you've been there only once, the second time they'll great you with your first name. I moved to Pembroke in the early 90s, used a local garage that did fair service, but got burned once. Then I found Midas. John, Frank and their team are just incredible. They're honest, fair and offer incredible value for their advice and services provided. Been using them for over 25 years gotten a lot of useful advice, and trust them completely. My endorsement comes because not enough businesses run this way. The prices are very competitive, the advice is invaluable. as an example, from a few years ago, I was going to spend too much upgrading a brake system on a car we had. John and his team said don't do it. The car was rusted out from the underside. He literally told me time to get a new car. He was totally right. Saved me thousands. They could've just done the job and charged me. But no. They gave me good advice. I will stand behind this team, they are awesome. they put service above all else. I could not provide a endorsement.
